Returns & Refunds

POSTAL Returns policy:

You have 14 days from receipt of item(s) to notify us via email of your return & a further 14 days to return item(s) for a full refund. Goods returned outside this time will not be accepted by The Boutique Waltham. Please note we do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty.

Please ensure your items are returned new, unused  & with labels still attached otherwise the returned items may be declined and sent back to you. All items will be fully investigated before a refund is commenced.

We are unable to accept returns of Earrings or face masks (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. You will be refunded for the goods and standard delivery costs (if paid) If you have chosen a premium delivery service only standard delivery costs will be refunded. We do not refund return delivery costs.

If you wish to exchange the item(s) please contact us by email or call to put the requested item on hold until we receive your return. Your exchange will be sent out at no extra cost.

Returning via postal service:

Please return your order via your preferred postal service with your accompanying packing slip or a note with your details including stating the reason for your return.

Ensure you retain the proof of postage (we recommend returning signed for delivery) as we cannot be held accountable for lost returned goods.

Please Note: Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
