Returns & Refunds

POSTAL Returns policy:

You have 14 days from receipt of item(s) to notify us via email of your return & a further 14 days to return item(s) for a full refund. Goods returned outside this time will not be accepted by The Boutique Waltham. Please note we do not offer free returns.

Please ensure your items are returned new, unused  & with labels still attached otherwise the returned items may be declined and sent back to you. All items will be fully investigated before a refund is commenced.

We are unable to accept returns of Earrings or face masks (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. You will only be refunded for the goods which excludes shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange the item(s) please contact us by email or call to put the requested item on hold until we receive your return. Your exchange will be sent out at no extra cost.

Returning via postal service:

To return your order please complete & enclose the accompanying returns form.

Ensure you retain the proof of postage (We recommend using a tracked or recorded device) as we cannot be held accountable for lost returned goods.

Please Note:Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
